From the historical vineyard called “del ventaglio” for its distinctive fan-shaped.

This Chardonnay charms thanks to its intensity, freshness and neatness.
Thanks to both altitude and temperature excursion, the Chardonnay grapes fully develops its fruity aromas. And when the vintage comes, hand-picking the grapes, using crates, we pay attention to preserving the same aromas with a maceration at low temperature. The fermentation takes place in small 225-litre oak barrels where the wine ages six months before bottling.
